  • The quality of all materials used in building these custom pieces are of the highest standards. While using solid wood our customer needs to understand that Wood Never Sleeps, in the same respect an old woodworker once told me, Wood is not Dead until you Burn it. Keeping this in mind, slight warping, seasonal check marks, or other minor variations that might happen to this custom piece does not constitute a defect.
  • Since no two trees grow alike, the color and grain variations will differ, this adds to the individual beauty of each piece.
  • Damaged Shipped Items: Contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives with freight damage. We may require photos or other documentation.
