3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Handmade items may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery dates are provided but are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
International Orders: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may cancel an order within 72 hours after making your purchase.
The quality of all materials used in building these custom pieces are of the highest standards. While using solid wood our customer needs to understand that Wood Never Sleeps, in the same respect an old woodworker once told me, Wood is not Dead until you Burn it. Keeping this in mind, slight warping, seasonal check marks, or other minor variations that might happen to this custom piece does not constitute a defect.
Since no two trees grow alike, the color and grain variations will differ, this adds to the individual beauty of each piece.
If there is an issue with the quality of your piece please contact us to resolve the problem.
Damaged Items: Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. We may require photos or other documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on our website, including designs, logos, and images, is the property of Enrico Bartolini and is protected by copyright laws.
Use Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
